New Classes & Times
We’re excited to announce 4 new classes / times! starting this thursday, november 7, We will now offer:
two 9am jiujitsu classes - one on tuesday and one on thursday.
two strength & mobility classes - one at 5:30pm on monday and another at 10am on friday.
Our new morning jiujitsu classes are nogi, 60 minutes, and all levels (beginners welcome) - the same as all of our jiujitsu classes.
strength and mobility is a 45 minute class designed for ANYONE (this is not a martial arts class) interested in increasING their functional strength, mobility, and FITNESS LEVEL. students will be guided through a variety of movements including calisthenic exercises, yoga flows/postures, partner exercises/drills, and functional movements INSPIRED BY martial arts. Movements, and the class in general, are designed to be modifiable in order to accommodate a wide variety of fitness levels and abilities. we focus on building strength and resilience around major joints and muscle groups that tend to see a decline in performance as we age. among the other physical and mental benefits, strength and mobility classes at Jade fortress martial arts are a proactive step you can take to protect your body from strain and injury. This is also an excellent class for martial artists who are looking to get stronger, increase their range of motion, and improve their stamina for combat sports. no equipment is required and We hope to move with you soon!
